Ashley & Cory 6.15.13

Ashley and Cory were such a joy to work with! Their wedding was full of warm colors, beautiful floral arrangements, and a large amount of family members and friends to share in the day with them. We were so happy to be apart of their big day and wish them all the best!
Ashley and Cory had their Cocktail  Hour outdoors, and came up with this cute sign to show their guests the way once they arrived!

It is always a good idea to dress up your guest book table!

Instead of doing simple votives on the highboys, this bride decided to use simple floral centerpieces with a single rose submerged in water with a floating candle. Sid from Flowers From Us provided all the centerpieces for this wedding, and we love his work!

Another great way to dress up the Fireplace Mantle in the Salon. Here is a mixture of framed engagement photos, centered around one main photo. Vases filled with flowers submerged in water with floating candles flanked the mantle to give it a balance and elegant look.

Two different arrangements were used for this reception, and the Lamp Shades gave the evening a lounge type feel. The Estate table utilized both centerpieces, and was later joined by the bridesmaids bouquets.

Jen & Mike 6.15.13

Thank goodness for a beautiful Saturday in June! Jen and Mike had an earlier Ceremony and Reception, and the weather could not have agreed with them more.
The floral arrangements used to line to aisle were later used as the centerpieces for the guests tables, and the ones framing the alter were used on the buffet. Not only did this tie in the colors and arrangements from one part of the event to the other, but I'm sure it was very cost effective as well. Can't beat that!

In lieu of a guest book, Sarah and Mike asked their family and friends to write well wishes onto a tag and hang it on this illuminated wishing tree.

Don't forget about our mantle! This is a great place to add engagement photos like this blown up copy of Sarah and Mike's. we later added some of the bridesmaids bouquets next to it to give it some more color.

Wedding Cake and Grooms Cake by Bakers Man. Gorgeous!

A little shot of the reception before the centerpieces show below were added. But we do love to show off those drapes! Look at how they add a dramatic touch to the room, and really show off our vaulted ceilings.

Same ones from the Ceremony! Genius!

Sarah & Brian 6.2.13

With Burlap, Lace, and Mason Jars this definitely was a wedding with a Southern feel! Sarah and Brian had known each other since elementary school and we were so excited to share in their story with them.

Sarah and Brian really wanted to show off their family and life together anywhere they could, and showed us some innovative ways to so! For instance, these mason jars were filled with water and pictures of them and their family. For those who would like to duplicate this, we are told you can find this on Pintrest (gotta love pintrest). We also love the idea or using old window panes to display family photos, and the one of Sarah and Brian is just gorgeous!

These jars of Peach Preserves and Honey were made by Sarah and her mom, and given to the guests as favors.

The bride used a mixture of mason jars, burlap and lace to create one of the kind centerpieces. The birdcages were later filled with flowers from the ceremony.

Instead of a photo book for their guests to sign, Sarah and Brian created a yearbook of sorts. They showed themselves growing up and attending the same schools and even the same classes. They also provided and bench for their guests to sign, which will act as a functional guest book!

Hannah & Zach 6.1.13

Hannah and Zach were the sweetest couple to work with, and their wedding was a perfect reflection of them as a couple; A lot of fun with a little bit of Southern Charm!
Hannah had a lot of fun with these place cards, and they are just too cute! We love the idea of adding little nicknames and terms of endearment instead of family members names such as "Mama Jones" "My Favorite Brother" and of course "Bubbie"

Sunflowers were everywhere at this reception, and they were gorgeous. These bright flowers were definitely and focal point and dressed up all areas including the mantle, the guest book table and place card table. In addition to a Signature Mat, Hannah and Zach asked their family and friends to write down wedding wishes for the bride and groom, that they would later add to their wedding book.

Cupcakes are becoming more and more popular in lieu of a traditional cake. These were just adorable and came in several different flavors. Personally, I adore that cake topper :)

Sunflowers added such a nice bright touch to all of the tables. The bridesmaids carried long-stemmed sunflowers that eventually were added to the guest tables as the centerpieces.

Vexler Bar Mitzvah 5.26.13

It was Fun in the Sun with this Bar Mitzvah! This beachy theme was so appropriate for the end of May, and the perfect way to get people in the mood for summer. Check out this awesome party!
The Escort Cards are such a fun way to carry out your theme. Here they decided to use seashells as the holder and printed the names on paper with a water print on it. Setting it all on a table covered in sand, really brought it home!

Sea Shells, Star Fish, and Sand went atop the guest tables and gift table. Using a Lantern as the centerpiece for the tables was a perfect idea!

A mix of Patio Furniture and banquet tables comprised the kids area and Tiki Style Umbrellas made an unmistakable beachy statement!

Whats a Beach Party without string lights? What a great way to tie in the theme and ad some more twinkle to the dance floor!
